Starting Strength Coach
Michael Wolf is the head of the strength program at Crossfit Solace in Manhattan, where he also runs his Wolf Strength & Conditioning personal training business, both of which have allowed him to run hundreds of people through their SSLP and into intermediate programming. A Starting Strength Coach and member of the coaching staff at the Starting Strength Seminars since 2012, Wolf is also a Team Leader at SSOC. From 2007-2013, he was an adjunct instructor in the Phys-Ed program and the Strength & Conditioning Coach at Yeshiva University; he was a personal trainer and personal training manager at a mainstream industry gym in NYC from 2005-2011. Wolf has competed in raw powerlifting and strengthlifting, with current PRs of 585 squat, 465 bench press (gym), 650 deadlift, and 290 press (gym).
