Michael Wolf

Michael Wolf is a Starting Strength Coach, a coach and team leader at SSOC, and has been on the coaching staff at the Starting Strength Seminars since 2012. In 2014, Wolf founded the strength program at Crossfit Solace in Manhattan, which he ran until his departure from NYC at the end of 2018. From 2007-2013, he was an adjunct instructor in the Phys-Ed program and the Strength & Conditioning Coach at Yeshiva University; he was previously a personal trainer and personal training manager at a mainstream industry gym in NYC for six years. Wolf has competed in raw powerlifting and strengthlifting, with a strengthlifting total of 1590 and current PRs of 585 squat (gym), 475 bench press (gym), 701 deadlift, and 315 press. He's also power snatched 100kg, just to win $5 from Rip.
